How to use the toddler meal planner
Plan the week by choosing four or five dinners your toddler usually eats, then add one new meal to try. Write leftovers into the next day’s lunch, and you’ve saved a whole meal of cooking. Fill in the grocery list by store section as you plan, so shopping goes faster.
Use the freezer-friendly meals on page 3 for busy weeks. Keep the toddler meal planner on the fridge, so a partner or sitter knows what’s planned. Offer the same family food to your toddler where you can, cut into small, soft pieces that are safe for their age.
