This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what information Wellness Mom Hub collects, why, and what choices you have. Wellness Mom Hub is a lifestyle publication for parents. We keep data collection to a minimum.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you use our contact form we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this only to read and reply to your message.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use these to identify you.
- Comments. If commenting is enabled and you leave a comment, WordPress stores the details you submit and may set a cookie so you do not have to retype them.
What we do not do right now
At this time we do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or affiliate tracking, and we do not operate an email newsletter. If any of these are added later, this policy will be updated before they go live.

Embedded content
Some pages may include embedded content (such as images or video) from other websites. Embedded content behaves as if you visited that other website, which may collect data or set its own cookies.
How long we keep information
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your question and any follow-up, then deleted. We do not build a marketing database from contact messages.
Children’s privacy
This website is written for parents and other adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our content is about children; our audience is adults. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
International visitors
Our website is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information is processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including certain US states, you may have rights to access or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
