This self care printable is a free one-page guide to the self-care you can realistically keep on normal and hard weeks.
An interactive one-page guide to a realistic self-care baseline you can actually keep.
What is on it
A realistic self-care baseline on one page – what you would keep on a normal week, what you would keep on a hard one, and the difference between the two written down so you are not deciding it at 9pm.
What you get
- 2 pages, US Letter
- fillable PDF, so you can type into it before printing
- ink-friendly, so it will not drain a cartridge
- direct download, no email address required
How to use it
Type into it first, before you print anything. Seeing the hard-week column half empty is the point of the exercise.
The full write-up that goes with this one is self-care for moms: a realistic, guilt-free guide.
How to use the self care printable
Fill in the normal-week column first, with three or four small things you already do when life is calm, such as a walk, an early night or a call with a friend. Then fill in the hard-week column with just one or two items you refuse to drop, even when everything else falls apart.
Type into it on your phone, then print it and stick it somewhere private, like inside a cupboard door. When a hard week arrives, you don’t have to decide what to keep. The self care printable already made that decision for you, on a calmer day.
