The Halloween Scavenger Hunt is a free 4-page picture PDF for kids aged about 2 to 8. Every item has a picture and its word, so children who can’t read yet can play on their own.
Page one explains both games and how to make them easier or harder. Page two is a Halloween walk checklist with 12 things to spot outdoors: a jack-o’-lantern, a black cat, a ghost, a spider web, a spooky house, a treat bag and more. Take it on an early-evening walk or a trick-or-treat route with a crayon. Page three is an indoor hide-and-find checklist with 16 pictures, and page four holds twenty picture cards to cut out and hide around the house.
